She is experienced in the entire recruitment process - from job analysis to interview and selection, as well as research of specialists and managers. Here she adds value with her ability to understand the clients' business combined with solid industry knowledge and a creative eye to find just the right profile to deliver on business results.
By nature, she welcomes new challenges and is comfortable asking the critical questions that challenge the status quo. With her go-getter attitude, curiosity, and perseverance, she always acquires the necessary knowledge to solve a task. Trine also holds a master’s degree in Business Communication from Aarhus University.
